What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing commercial and contractual relationships with key stakeholders.

• Handling NEC4 contracts and subcontract agreements with precision.

• Measuring, pricing, negotiating, and agreeing costs for Compensation Events and project scope.

• Conducting cost reconciliations, producing procurement schedules, and assisting in budget forecasting.

• Leading subcontractor negotiations, order placements, and payment processing.

• Working closely with the project and site management team to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

• At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles within civil engineering, with 4+ years at a senior level.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• A full driving licence.
