Job summary

Ernest and Florent LTD is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Warrington. You will lead cost planning, estimating, procurement and commercial management across a diverse portfolio of projects within the North West, taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high-quality QS services.

The role suits an experienced professional with strong pre- and post-contract experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, ambitious mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Strong Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning, estimating, procurement, and commercial management on a range of projects.
• Handle cost reporting and final accounts for multiple schemes.

A growing, forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Warrington.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join an established and growing Quantity Surveying team, working across a diverse range of construction projects throughout the North West.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a range of pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services, including cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad variety of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking ownership of projects and building strong client relationships, while still benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
