Job summary

Northern Construction Consultancy in Warrington is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You will deliver budgets, costs and forecasts across healthcare, education and commercial projects, while collaborating closely with clients to produce accurate reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree, experience in a PQS, and good Pre and Post Contract knowledge.

Qualifications

Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
Previous experience within a PQS firm.
Experience in the commercial sector preferred.
Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge.

Responsibilities
