• Registered with RICS / ICES and working towards Chartership
• CSCS Card (relevant type). All roles are expected to have the relevant competency skills cards where site-based work is required.
• Commercially astute with excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract and Standard Methods of Measurement.
• Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills, including presentations, and the ability to negotiate and persuade others.
• Experience in programming techniques, project controls, risk analysis, contract administration, procurement, cost management, and claims.
