Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead the quantitative research agenda across product areas, shaping decisions with rigorous analysis and robust measurement, from attitudinal surveys to behavioural analytics. You will partner with Data Science to ensure scalable, auditable pipelines and champion AI-assisted techniques with a critical eye on bias.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research experience with quantitative focus.
• Strong survey methodology and psychometric validation.
• Proficiency in Python, R or SQL with experience on large behavioural datasets.
• Track record of quantitative research shaping product or business decisions, including A/B testing.
• Experience evaluating AI-powered research tooling with attention to validity and bias.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the quantitative research roadmap for product areas.
• Lead large-scale surveys and log-data/behavioural analytics.
• Build measurement frameworks for reading, purchase and subscription journeys and track over time.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analyses and predictive modelling with rigorous methods.
• Pioneer AI-assisted techniques in research workflows while assessing validity and bias.
• Collaborate with Data Science to align data pipelines and statistical standards.
• Translate outputs into clear, decision-forcing narratives for PMs, designers and engineers.
• Coach teammates to raise statistical literacy through paired work.
