Meta is seeking a UX Researcher (Quantitative) to partner with product and business teams to identify research topics and generate actionable insights guiding billions of users worldwide.

You will design and execute end-to-end primary research using surveys, experiments, and large-scale analyses, applying statistical methods to understand user behavior and attitudes. Remote-friendly, London area preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with quantitative research experience.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field with experience in quantitative research.
• Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA or SPSS and survey design.
• Experience applying statistical analyses (Regression, ANOVA, T-Tests).
• Hands-on experience conducting primary research.

Responsabilités

• Work with product and business teams to identify research topics.
• Act as a thought leader in quantitative UX research and advocate for users.
• Design and execute end-to-end primary research using a wide variety of methods.
• Design studies addressing user behavior and attitudes.
• Manage research plans in ambiguous environments and align with stakeholders.
• Generate insights to fuel ideation and evaluate designs.
