Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead quantitative research across product areas. You will design and own the measurement roadmap, run large surveys and data analyses, and build frameworks to track trust-related user journeys.

You will collaborate with Data Science and product teams to turn statistical insights into decisions. The role requires deep expertise in quantitative UX research, familiarity with Python/R/SQL, and a track record of shaping product strategy through

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research with a quantitative focus.
• Strong survey methodology and psychometrics.
• Proficiency in Python, R or SQL with large behavioural datasets.
• Proven track record shaping product decisions with quant research.
• Experience with AI-assisted research tools and critical evaluation of AI tooling.
• Ability to communicate data-driven stories to cross-functional teams.
• Comfort coaching others in quantitative methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the quantitative research roadmap for product areas.
• Lead large-scale surveys and log-data analytics.
• Build measurement frameworks for user journeys and track them over time.
• Partner with Data Science to ensure rigorous analysis across teams.
• Translate stats output into action-oriented narratives for PMs and engineers.
• Coach other researchers in quantitative methods.
