Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Lead for Quality Management within the Data Management function. You will act as the primary owner for quality incidents across the Customer Data Management FSP, coordinating investigations, guiding SMEs, and driving CAPA implementations to protect data integrity.

You will review QI data, escalate when needed, monitor TMF compliance, and provide updates to customers. A Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, including people management, are required.

• Bachelor's Degree or educational equivalence or nursing qualification with 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary issue owner and centralized manager for quality incidents (QI) across IQVIA Quality Management System.
• Coordinate targeted investigations for QIs and request resources from Functional Leads.
• Direct functional leads/SMEs in investigations using root-cause methods and CAPA documentation.
• Escalate to Leadership Team when required support is unavailable to resolve root cause or CAPA.
• Conduct and track portfolio-level investigations and drive CAPA implementation with support from functional leads.
• Review aggregated QI data and identify trends; communicate recurring findings to internal teams and the Sponsor.
• Provide CAPA progress updates to the customer and share corrective/preventive actions for review.
• Negotiate with customers when views differ on root cause/ownership of issues; escalate when needed.
• Monitor TMF compliance across the portfolio to support audit readiness and regulatory expectations.
• May conduct internal Data Management Quality Reviews and TMF reviews as part of the portfolio Quality Management oversight.
