• Guide offshore data quality analysts and maintain work quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explain issues and remediation plans.
• Partner with IT and Operations for fixes and process embedding.
• Identify data quality improvements and contribute to monitoring dashboards.
• Produce data quality reporting for management.
