Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Data Team Lead to manage end-to-end data management services for single or multi-service projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget. You will provide leadership in project planning, execution and close-out, oversee financials, communications, and milestone deliverables while collaborating with the programming team for process improvements.

Requirements include 3–4 years in Data Management with at least 1 year as a CDM project lead, and advanced skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or related field.
• 3–4 years direct Data Management experience, including minimum 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced computer applications including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Gather study setup requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
• Support validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
• Oversee data cleaning to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contract timelines.
• Assist in training new joiners and lead study, sponsor meetings.
