Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Management leader to oversee multiple global studies, ensuring timely, quality data delivery and strong client engagement. You will guide DTLs, manage DMPs, and drive process improvements across the CDM team.

The role requires extensive CDM experience, strong negotiation and project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers on complex data projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• Around 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programs, possibly global.
• Provide leadership to DTLs on global programs.
• Lead negotiations with customers on timelines, finances, resources.
• Review and sign-off on data management plans (DMP).
• Manage service performance and identify root causes.
