Job summary

Doxy.me, the remote-first telemedicine platform, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to own end-to-end quality for complex systems, working with Product and Engineering to shape acceptance criteria and testing strategies.

You will build scalable quality tooling and AI-assisted testing infrastructure used across squads, coach engineers on testing, and translate incident data into systemic fixes that prevent repeats.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of tested surfaces and integration points.
• Judgement on unit vs integration vs E2E tests.
• Experience building/extending shared test libraries or CI tooling.
• Comfort with AI-assisted testing tools and limits.
• Ability to use delivery data to prioritise decisions.
• Experience root-causing bugs in large codebases.

Responsibilities

• Own quality strategy end-to-end for a system with Product and Engineering.
• Build scalable quality tooling and AI-assisted testing infrastructure.
• Turn bug data into systemic fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Coach developers on tests, driving automation alongside delivery.
• Partner with product early to shape acceptance criteria.
• Report quality outcomes: stability, escapes, time-to-detect.
