• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.

Skills

Proven experience working within manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 in line with product and service standards
• Root cause analysis, creating non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions
• Use of process improvement tools - 5S, 5Y, 8D
• Liaising with customers regarding problems and monitoring agreed corrective actions
• Maintaining quality documentation, utilization of QMS systems
• Internal and external audit management
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering Degree
• Proven experience working within manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO4001 standards
• Knowledge of CMMs, GD&T
• Reading Engineering drawings
