Smurfit Westrock in Heathrow is seeking an experienced Quality leader to drive governance, product safety, and continuous improvement across the site. You will lead a QA/QC team and partner with production and support functions to sustain compliance with GMP, FSC, and external standards.

Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager, you will deliver KPI analysis, audits, CAPAs, and training to develop a culture of right-first-time quality and cost efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality governance and teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and accredited standards.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Skilled in root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.

Responsabilités

• Protect and ensure supply of the highest quality product.
• Maintain and improve quality systems and adherence to standards.
• Lead improvement activities to support quality and financial performance.
• Draft, review and implement changes to quality procedures and policies.
• Support quality governance and product safety at site level.
• Lead and coach QA/QC team to optimise operations.
