Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior/management quality role.
• Experience with GMP and industry standards.
• Manufacturing/production environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support quality governance and site leadership on quality matters.
• Lead and participate in meetings, provide KPI insights for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with external/internal standards and drive improvements.
• Manage customer complaints, CAPA processes, and audits.
• Develop, coach and manage a QA/QC team.
• Build relationships with customers and act as technical reference.
