Zusammenfassung

Gold Care Homes seeks a Quality Assurance professional to lead QA services across its elderly care homes. The role focuses on preparing guidelines, coordinating self-assessment, and ensuring readiness for CQC inspections, Health Watch and social services reviews.

You will drive systematic QA improvements, produce reports for senior management and regional teams, and ensure staff are properly registered with CQC and qualified to support safe, compliant care across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Should have or be working towards NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care or a Management qualification.
• Registered General Nurse qualification is desirable.
• Experience across quality assurance, governance and regulatory frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead preparation of procedural and professional guidelines, including Self-Assessment and QA materials.
• Prepare for external scrutiny and follow up from inspections by CQC, Health Watch and Social Services.
• Develop and improve systematic QA approaches across all services.
• Prepare briefing reports for the Regulation and Care Governance Senior Manager and regional teams.
• Create and maintain reports, strategic plans, policies and improvement plans to support best practice.
• Ensure staff are registered with CQC and hold required qualifications for registration.
• Advise on QA programmes, evaluations and recommended improvements.
• Implement a Quality Assurance Awareness Strategy in induction and staff development.
