Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a QHSE Divisional Manager to lead the development and delivery of the Data Centre Solutions division’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental strategy.

You will partner with the Divisional QHSE Director to drive improvement and ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements. Reporting to the Divisional QHSE Director, you will manage audits, training, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives to maintain high safety and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Formal management qualification in Health and Safety management.
• Formal management qualification in Environmental management.
• Auditing experience and practical application.
• Risk management and policy development.
• Training design and delivery for QHSE.
• Experience liaising with enforcement agencies and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely reporting of all accidents, incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Act as focal point for QHSE expertise within the Data Centre Solutions division.
• Implement, manage and review the Strategic QHSE Plan.
• Oversee and support QHSE initiatives and best practice activities.
• Provide guidance on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with policy and QHSE auditing standards.
