Qualifications

• Proven expertise in testing Contact Centre telephony platforms.
• Strong knowledge of telephony testing tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrable capability in delivering test automation within a Contact Centre environment.
• Strong understanding of maintaining traceability between requirements, tests and defects.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing across complex Contact Centre platforms within an agile multidisciplinary team.
• Define test strategies, embed best practices and ensure quality across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure and resilient services.
• Use a blend of manual testing, test automation, functional and non-functional testing to identify risks early and improve release confidence.
