Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Automation Engineer to act as a Quality Engineering SME. You will shape our automation strategy and embed quality standards across frontend, backend APIs, and mobile apps in cloud environments.

You will lead automation architecture for Web, Mobile, and API testing, drive TDD/BDD practices, and integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineers on code quality and testing approaches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA automation spanning Web, Mobile and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git and cloud environments.
• Expertise in RestAssured, Playwright and Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and Microservices APIs.
• Drive TDD/BDD, perform non-functional testing (Performance, Security/OWASP), and integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Review backlogs to build risk-based test strategies, mentor engineers, and partner with developers on code quality and unit testing.

• Engineering Standards: Review backlogs to build risk-based test strategies, mentor engineers, and partner with developers on code quality and unit testing.

Requirements

• Core Technical Skills: Expertise in RestAssured API testing, Playwright (Java), and Selenium (Java).
• Experience & Stack: 6+ years in QA automation covering Web, Mobile, and REST APIs, with hands-on experience in CI/CD, Git, and Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
