Job summary

Lendable is hiring a full-stack Python engineer to join our Central Operations team in London. You’ll work on web apps and automation across Cards, Loans and Motor, shipping features used daily by Ops teams and exploring AI-driven improvements.

We value strong Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and JavaScript (React/NextJS), together with solid engineering practices and a product-focused mindset. Hybrid working options and a culture of learning are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask (we use FastAPI).
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript and a modern JS framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Strong engineering principles: design patterns, testing, clean code.
• Interest in Generative AI/LLMs and collaborative work in product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering features used daily by Ops teams.
• Ship features across core products with scalable automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy AI solutions.
