Job summary

Lendable Ltd is seeking a full-stack Python engineer to join our Central Operations team. You will work across Cards, Loans and Motor, building internal web apps and automations to support Ops teams at scale.

Expect ownership from an engineering perspective, shipping features used daily by Ops and collaborating with Product, Data Science and Analytics. Hybrid work model with in-office days and remote collaboration options.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python in a web application context.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern JS framework (React/NextJS).
• Strong engineering principles: design patterns, testing, clean code.
• Previous experience in a product-focused team.
• Keen interest in learning Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience using AI tooling in daily coding workflows.
• Exposure to AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• SQL and data schemas familiarity.
• Experience shipping containerised software with Kubernetes, Docker, Argo.
• CSS with Tailwind exposure.
