Job summary

Lendable is seeking a full-stack Python engineer to join the Central Operations team. You will own web applications and automations across Cards, Loans and Motor, shipping features used daily by Ops teams at scale.

Ideal candidates have strong Python web experience (FastAPI/Django/Flask), JS/TS with React, and interest in Generative AI. Hybrid work model with in-office collaboration and growth in a fintech unicorn.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context.
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Frontend skills in Javascript/Typescript with React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Strong engineering practices: design patterns, testing, clean code.
• Product-focused team experience.
• Interest in Generative AI and LLMs; experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS, SQL, and data schemas.
• Shipping containerised software with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• CSS experience and Tailwind exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering features used daily by Ops teams.
• Build internal web apps and automations for operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy solutions.
• Contribute to scaling Ops systems and AI-enabled workflows.
• Participate in end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
