Job summary

Lendable is seeking a full-stack Python engineer to join the Central Operations team in London. You will own engineering of internal web apps and automation used by Ops, building with Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and frontend technologies like React.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deliver scalable solutions. You will work on AI-driven automation, improve UX for Ops processes, and ship features that directly impact customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js stack.
• Strong engineering practices: design patterns, testing, clean code, code reviews.
• Experience in a product-focused team.
• Keen to learn and contribute to Generative AI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal web applications and automation in Central Ops.
• Ship features used by Operations teams and improve efficiency with AI/automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy solutions.
• Work with Ops to scale tooling while managing complexity.
