Job summary

Lendable is seeking a full-stack Python engineer to join the Central Operations team. You will build and ship internal web applications and AI-powered automations that support our Ops teams, enabling scalable customer outcomes and streamlined processes across Cards, Loans and Motor products.

You’ll work with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy solutions that improve efficiency and data-driven decisions, while growing technical direction and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building web applications with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Proficient in React and Next.js.
• Interest in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Product-focused mindset and collaborative teamwork.
