Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Associate Director – Proposal Manager to lead the firm’s most strategic transportation pursuits across the UK and Ireland. You will advise senior leaders and bring together multidisciplinary teams to develop differentiated bids that win business and support growth across markets.

You will drive capture, proposal planning, and interview preparation, guiding governance, content development and reviews to ensure compliance with AECOM branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior proposals or pursuits roles.
• Track record leading high‑value, complex pursuits in infrastructure sectors.
• APMP Practitioner certification or equivalent qualification.
