Job summary

Ladysmith Infant School in Exeter is seeking a Senior Pupil Services Officer to join the pupil services team, providing high‑quality administrative support to leaders, teachers, pupils and parents. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, maintaining school systems, and contributing to operational activity and school leadership.

Senior Pupil Services Officer – Ladysmith Infant School, Exeter

Contract Term: Part Time - Fixed Term until 11/04/2027

Salary: Grade SC 3 – Grade SCP8-11. Starting salary £22,646 (FTE £27,709)

Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30 am – 4:00 pm)

Term Time only: 39 weeks per year

Closing Date: 7 September 2026 9 am

Interview Date: 14 September 2026

Start Date: As soon as possible

We need an experienced administrator who is passionate about customer service and delivering the best for our community. The successful candidate will support a busy Primary Academy, providing high‑quality administrative support to leaders, teachers, pupils and parents. You will be an integral part of our pupil services team, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining our school systems.
