The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a highly organised Senior Administration Assistant to join our busy school office team. This role supports communications, administration, finance and events to ensure efficient, professional operations for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.
You will work with the Senior Leadership Team and Office Manager, coordinating events, payments and GDPR compliance while delivering high‑quality service across the school community.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to make a real difference to the day-to-day running of the school while providing an outstanding service to pupils, parents/carers, staff and visitors.
You will play a key role in supporting school communications, administration, finance and events ensuring the school operates efficiently and professionally.
