Qualifikationen

• Proven procurement experience, preferably within a public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract principles.
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions relevant to procurement activity.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse information, interpret requirements and develop procurement strategies.
