Spinwell Ltd is seeking a Procurement Officer to support public sector procurement activities from a hybrid location in North Greenwich. You will manage end-to-end procurement, run exercises under CCS frameworks, and ensure compliance with governing legislation.

The role requires strong supplier engagement, commercial assessment skills, and experience with SAP Ariba. Training will be provided, and you will work with stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with public sector procurement processes and regulations.
• Experience using established public sector frameworks such as CCS frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Procurement Act and public procurement governance.
• Ability to independently manage procurements.
• Proven experience running procurement exercises from start to finish.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• Confidence engaging with suppliers and stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Responsabilités

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities.
• Running procurement exercises through public sector frameworks and open market competitions.
• Ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, governance requirements and internal processes.
• Developing and reviewing tender documentation.
• Evaluating supplier submissions and conducting commercial assessments.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
• Supporting contract and supplier engagement activities where required.
• Utilising e-procurement systems, including SAP Ariba.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Attending team and project meetings.
