SmartSourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial/Procurement Manager to shape and deliver procurement strategies across a diverse portfolio, translating requirements into effective procurement approaches. The role focuses on frameworks, sourcing, tendering, and delivering improved outcomes and value.

You’ll broaden leadership experience, coaching a direct report within a collaborative leadership team, while building on existing procurement arrangements to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in the public sector is essential.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into procurement strategies and supplier engagement.
• Experience delivering procurement activities from strategy through to contract award.
• Knowledge of commercial and contractual terms relevant to procurement.
