Job summary

You will oversee prudential oversight, challenge 1LoD incident reviews, map regulations across geographies, and design policy frameworks from scratch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regulatory compliance within fintech, consultancy, or a fast-paced compliance function.
• Deep expertise in prudential obligations, including DORA, outsourcing, PRA Handbook, TPRM, and CRR.
• Proven experience conducting regulatory gap analyses and building/implementing institutional policies from the ground up.
• Execution skills to thrive under pressure, manage multiple high-stakes projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prudential Oversight: Providing expert oversight on prudential compliance obligations and related operational controls across the business.
• Incident Challenge: Reviewing 1LoD incident reviews to ensure robust, long-term remediation.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identifying regulatory issues before they surface and recommending strategic solutions.
• Policy Crafting: Designing and implementing robust compliance policies from scratch.
• Regulatory Mapping & Scanning: Driving high-quality regulatory mapping and horizon scanning across geographies to anticipate changes.
• Training & Competency: Designing and ensuring a robust prudential training program for the business.
