Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around cryptoassets and other financial features. The role focuses on structuring products, navigating regulatory regimes, and ensuring secure, compliant expansion of our financial services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PQE in regulatory law.
• Experience advising on cryptoassets, either in-house or in a law firm.
• Knowledge of FSMA (RAO) and MiFID; familiarity with financial regulation.

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues related to structuring cryptoassets and financial features.
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products.
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications.
• Collaborating with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with financial services regulations, including crypto regimes and MiFID.
• Expanding our product offering in line with regulatory requirements.
• Engaging proactively with local regulators.
