Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crypto) to oversee crypto regulatory requirements under FCA oversight. You will act as the cryptoasset SMF16, advise on risk controls, and shape our compliance programme across product launches.

The role involves developing training, monitoring controls, supporting licence applications, drafting policies, and coordinating with regulators and internal teams to ensure alignment with evolving regulation.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related policies.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor, test, and report on the effectiveness of the regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full regulatory compliance by Operations teams.
• Coordinate interactions with regulators.
