Revolut Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Prudential) to implement and oversee prudential regulatory frameworks across our operations in the UK. You will ensure robust mapping, policy development, and ongoing training to support a compliant, scalable financial platform.

The role requires 7+ years in regulatory compliance, strong knowledge of prudential obligations (DORA, PRA Handbook, TPRM, CRR), and a track record in cross-functional collaboration with regulators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a regulatory compliance role
• Experience with prudential obligations (DORA, outsourcing, PRA Handbook, TPRM, CRR)
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis
• Experience in policy creation and implementation
• Understanding of compliance risk vs business risk
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong communication with internal teams and regulators
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight on prudential compliance obligations across the business
• Ensure high-quality regulatory mapping
• Challenge, assess, and implement policies from scratch
• Oversee company-wide prudential training and competency programmes
• Oversee horizon scanning for relevant geographies
• Review and challenge 1LoD incident remediation
• Identify regulatory issues proactively and recommend solutions
