Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure crypto compliance and controls meet FCA requirements. You will lead the design of a risk-based compliance framework and provide regulatory guidance to product and operations teams.

You will collaborate with regulators, support licence applications, and monitor the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture in a fast-moving digital environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analyses.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking with close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
