Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking a strategic Senior Proposals Manager to lead and manage high-value bids across the UK. You will drive bid strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure governance throughout the bid lifecycle.

You will develop winning client solutions, coordinate capture planning, and oversee proposal delivery, with a focus on quality, timelines and stakeholder alignment. Travel UK-wide is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject.
• APMP Foundation as a minimum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in engineering and construction bid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-value strategic bids as bid manager or senior support.
• Ensure bid governance and review processes are followed.
• Develop tailored client solutions and bid strategies for opportunities.
• Coach and mentor bid teams and share best practices.
