Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood is seeking a Senior Proposals Coordinator to drive growth across Livingston Building Services, coordinating bids, tenders and client proposals. You’ll work with senior leaders and SMEs to gather content and craft compelling responses that communicate our capabilities and value.

The role supports hybrid working and collaboration across groups, with emphasis on process improvement, content development and winning high-quality submissions for public and private sector

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, bid or work-winning roles in construction, building services, engineering, FM or related environments.
• Knowledge of building services, MEP or services contracts.
• Experience with framework-led procurement in public/private sectors.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PQQs, tenders, framework submissions and client proposals.
• Gather and shape content with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Write clear, persuasive responses tailored to client priorities.
• Manage bid plans, review cycles and submission deadlines.
• Maintain bid library with service methodologies, case studies and CVs.
• Support client interviews, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate accreditations, evidence and compliance content with HSQE.
• Share best practice across the Proposals function.
