Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood is seeking a Proposals Coordinator in Warrington to drive competitive bids and client proposals across public and private sectors. You’ll coordinate PQQs, tenders and framework submissions, working with service leads and subject matter experts to shape compelling responses.

You’ll manage bid plans, content libraries and governance, ensuring timely, high-quality, compliant submissions while sharing best practice across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a proposals, bid or work-winning role within construction, building services, engineering, FM or a related environment.
• Knowledge of building services, MEP or services contracts.
• Experience of framework-led procurement in the public and/or private sectors.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and presentation.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is essential

The role

We are looking for a Proposals Coordinator to help drive growth across a range of sectors and M&E services. From planning and design to installation – and everything in between - delivering across the life of a project. The Senior Proposals Coordinator is a key work-winning role, supporting bids, frameworks, tenders and client proposals across public and private sector opportunities.

Within the wider Group Proposals function, you will coordinate compelling, compliant submissions that clearly communicate our service capability, value and differentiation.
