Bilfinger UK is seeking a Tender Engineer to join our proposals team. You will review tender documents, develop bid plans, and coordinate technical and commercial inputs across UK sites.

The role requires an HNC in engineering, strong cost estimation skills, and experience with CAD and Microsoft Project. You will travel across the UK to attend site surveys and client meetings.

• Generate tender cost estimates for staff, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender price breakdowns in client format.
• Lead tender reviews and governance pack preparation.
• Support sales activities and use Tender B AI tool.
