Job summary

A leading global Contract Research Organization is seeking a Proposals and Contracts Senior Analyst to support business development activities, including proposal generation and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, excel in proposal writing, and possess strong Excel skills. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel with advanced formulas.
• Superior understanding of sales and proposal writing processes.
• Experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates assigned contract processes including customer contract coordination.
• Assists management with bidding template updates and process improvement.
• Supports TFS responses to sales opportunities and various proposals.
• Communicates globally with frequent executive level correspondence.
• Records all business activities in the CRM system.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of Excel - ability to work with advanced formulas

Superior understanding of sales/proposal writing/budget generation processes

Ability to coordinate information from diverse sources

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
