Responsibilities

• Perform contract management tasks on low to medium complexity projects.
• Lead negotiations for low to medium complexity projects.
• Develop and review Agreements including Master Services Agreements.
• Follow up on outstanding contract issues.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to resolve contract issues.
