Job summary

NEP UK is seeking a commercially minded Bid Leader to own high-value RFPs, RFIs, tenders and strategic proposals from qualification to submission. You’ll shape propositions, coordinate pricing and mobilise the right stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance and wider NEP Group.

You’ll build a disciplined, scalable approach to bids, pipeline and commercial planning, lead the Commercial Proposal Coordinators, and provide governance and insight to senior leaders through

• Experience leading complex B2B bids, tenders and strategic proposals.
• Ability to translate client needs into compelling propositions.
• Strong organisational and governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration across multiple functions.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value RFPs, RFIs, tenders, renewals and strategic proposals from qualification to submission.
• Coordinate pricing, shaping propositions and ensure clear strategy for responses.
• Develop and lead the Commercial Proposal Coordinators.
• Create visibility of pipeline, renewals and revenue gaps using Salesforce.
• Provide governance and drive consistent bid processes across NEP UK.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance and Assets for proposals.
