Newmark UK in London seeks a senior bid leader to own the end-to-end coordination, creation and delivery of high-quality responses to pitches, presentations and proposals. You will drive the full bid lifecycle, coaching senior stakeholders and ensuring on-time submission.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary contributors, manage bid governance, and develop a comprehensive bid content library while maintaining brand alignment and rigorous quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading end-to-end bid processes and proposals.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to coach senior stakeholders and deliver high-quality content.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end pitch process: qualification, strategy, approach, win themes and final submission.
• Oversee registered tender portals: pipeline monitoring, registrations, credentials and Q&A coordination.
• Establish and run robust bid governance: bid plans, kick-offs, reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary contributors (sector/service lines, legal, finance, marketing) to build persuasive, accurate proposals.
• Build and maintain a high-quality bid content library (case studies, CVs, method statements, standard RFP responses).
• Coach and quality-assure contributions from senior colleagues to elevate messaging and USPs.
• Work flexibly to meet client deadlines and travel to national offices as required.
