Job summary

Admiral Business is building a modern, data-led Commercial Property underwriting proposition by combining underwriting expertise, technology and customer insight to deliver better outcomes for brokers and customers alike.

As a core member of our Underwriting team, you’ll help shape our Property underwriting strategy, influence appetite, manage risk and drive profitable growth across the UK Commercial Property book, in collaboration with Pricing, Product and Data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience underwriting UK Commercial Property business, across SME or Commercial packages.
• Strong technical knowledge of Property risks and rating concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor a portfolio of UK Commercial Property business with growth and profitability targets.
• Shape Property underwriting appetite, referral strategies and portfolio governance.
• Act as a technical Property expert within the team and support best practices.
• Partner with Pricing to refine rating models and improve risk selection.
• Work with Product to evolve the Commercial Property proposition and outcomes.
