Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking an experienced Property Underwriter for the London Market to grow our UK and Multinational portfolio within Global Corporate & Specialty. You will underwrite complex property risks, build strong broker and client relationships, and support development of colleagues across the team.

You will deliver sound underwriting decisions, contribute to the team's strategy, and work in a hybrid environment with a strong focus on collaboration and professional growth across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting UK and Multinational Corporate Property within the London Market.
• Experience structuring and placing complex international insurance programmes and bespoke policy wordings.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills for broker and client partnerships.
• Experience coaching or developing less experienced colleagues.
• Strong commercial awareness and commitment to professional ethics.
