The role requires a full UK driving licence and car. Basic salary £22,000–£27,000 with OTE £40,000 and full-time hours, including Saturdays on rota. Mileage paid.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewings and provide excellent service.
• Follow up leads and drive offers to completion.
• Negotiate offers and manage sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates.
