Job summary

People 4 Property is actively recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for its Guildford, Surrey office. You will join a busy, high-performing sales team, handling buyers, viewings and negotiations to secure sales with excellent customer service.

The role rewards success with uncapped commission, an OTE of £55,000+, and ongoing training in a well-established independent estate agency. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional and personable approach.
• Ability to manage a busy sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying buyers.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Following up viewings and identifying opportunities.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors.
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Generating new business and identifying potential instructions.
• Progressing agreed sales and helping to keep transactions moving.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets.
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales process.
