Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Farnborough is seeking a driven Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join their busy office. You will arrange viewings, negotiate sales, build client relationships and maintain high service standards throughout the sales cycle.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, clear career progression, ongoing training and a supportive team. Full-time permanent position with driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-focused approach
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Good local knowledge of the Farnborough area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
• Progressing sales through to completion while liaising with all parties
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
