Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield is seeking a Property Management Manager to lead a team of property managers and drive exceptional service for landlords and tenants. You will coach staff, optimise processes and ensure regulatory compliance while hands-on in day-to-day operations.

With 3+ years in residential lettings, you will develop your team, foster strong client relationships and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
• Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
• Develop your team, to advance their careers.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients; strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of property managers.
• Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including one-to-one meetings).
• Ensuring the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
• Property inspections.
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
• Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties.
• Deposit returns.
• Resolving rental arrears.
• Processing eviction requests.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
