Job summary

A leading estate and letting agency in Newcastle is looking for a skilled Head of Property Management. You will support Property Managers, ensure compliance with procedures, and manage training for staff. The ideal candidate has experience as a Senior Property Manager and strong administrative skills. This is a full-time position with an excellent package, including up to £35k basic with OTE of £40k plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager is required.
• Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and balance workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers across the lettings department.
• Monitor property management processes for compliance.
• Conduct training for staff to achieve competency levels.
